Through CBT, we strive to improve emotional regulation and provide our clients with positive coping strategies.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a client-centered counseling method that helps people explore and resolve ambivalent insecurities and feelings so that they can find the internal motivation that they need to ultimately change their behavior and make positive decisions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy treatment method intended to help people learn how to regulate emotions, cope healthily with stress, and improve relationships with others.
Other services provided are:

Outpatient mental health treatment can involve one or more mental health services that don’t necessitate a prolonged stay in a facility.
Sex Offender Treatment
Through our sex offender treatment program, we help clients learn strategies to stop abusive behavior and to learn to take responsibility for harm done.
Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment
Our substance abuse outpatient treatment program provides clients with an intensive, structured level of care while accommodating their home and work life.
At-Risk Youth Mentorship
We match at-risk youth with mentors who can act as their role model. Mentors provide guidance and help with different aspects of a youth’s life.
Parent Education & Training
Through parent education and training, we strive to teach parents about positive reinforcement methods and improve parenting behaviors.
Correctional Re-Entry Services
Through our correctional re-entry services, we assist offenders in their transition from a correctional facility to the community.
Recidivism Prevention
Through recidivism prevention, we aim to increase offenders’ ability to control their dysfunctional behaviors.
